We're looking for an Glass Setter to be able to read a label, lift and carry insulated glass (IG) units to the Glazing Line and safely match the correct IG inside the correct frame/sash KEY
Responsibilities:
Safely perform repetitive motion of lifting and setting IG Comfortable handling glass Confirm that Batch:
Bin:
Window number matches frame/sash to IG Properly seat IG tight to glue seal within 90 of glue placement SKILLS:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs alone or 40 lbs with help Safety conscious Hand flexibility and strength QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC) Confirm IG is free of scratches, chips or cracks Frame/sash and IG are square No gaps between face of IG and glued face of frame/sash Pay:
$16-$18 depending on experience Paid weekly and paid training Job Type:
