They repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc.
as needed.
With working in a manufacturing production environment, our Maintenance Technicians perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
They are able to set up and operate power tools, drill motor, circular saw, welders, drill press, bench grinder, band saw, hand tools and other metalworking equipment.
Fabrication and modification of new and existing equipment, actively participating and supporting plant safety, health and environmental programs, and other duties assigned are also the responsibilities our Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities:
Perform needed maintenance on equipment and direct support of production operating needs.
Evaluate equipment operation and suggest necessary action when malfunctions occur, or improvements are needed.
Support a high performing responsive team by exhibiting ownership, accountability, a culture of excellence, alignment, a passion for work and effective interpersonal relations.
Participate on various problem-solving task groups.
Support A3 problem solving by participating in team problem solving analysis and resolutions.
Also identify opportunities for improvement (problem areas) and participate in their resolution.
Support CMMS through work order documentation, spare parts and inventory system support and utilization.
Lead, direct and train other plant mechanics where appropriate and/or assigned.
Participate in planning activities and manage various plant utilities including chiller, air compressor, cooling tower, security system & fire protection system.
Complete daily process work orders and data entry to CMMS, initiate purchase requisitions and create and utilize equipment and process documentation.
Plan & execute minor projects on an as-needed basis.
Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, dust collectors and pumps.
Repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, VFD's etc.
; perform work order repairs, inspections and process adjustments; set up and operate power tools, drill motor, circular saw, welders, plasma cutters, drill press, bench grinder, band saw, hand tools and other metal working equipment; fabrication and modification of new and existing equipment; actively participate in and support plant safety, health and environmental programs; other duties as assigned.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Vocational and/or technical training certification At least 5 years minimum maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, basic electrical, electro-mechanical, PLC and robotics equipment maintenance and repair in an industrial/manufacturing environment associated with engineering or maintenance activity.
CMMS - SAP Experience Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and Word.
